Coconut Fried Shrimp Presented on a plate with rasberry and mango purée. Accompanied with rice and seasonal vegetables.
Pasta Pomodori Penne pasta, plum tomatoes, basil, fresh herbs. Choice of chicken or plain.
Gourmet Meatloaf Ground chuck and veal, blended with chopped vegetables, portabella mushrooms and Gorgonzola cheese. Served with a mushroom demi-glace, mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable.
