Mixed Greens with tomato wedges, cucumbers, carrots and home made croutons tossed with a Honey Dijon dressing.

 

Entrées

 

Filet Mignon 8 ounce specially aged premium cut from the heart of the tenderloin, expertly charbroiled to juicy tenderness. Served with potato, vegetable and Sauce Béarnaise.
Grouper Macadamia Baked, encrusted with macadamia nuts, drizzled with a coconut cream sauce. Served with roasted asparagus and rice.
Roast Maple Leaf Duck Marinated, then roasted golden-crisp. Served semi-boneless with a lingonberry sauce. Served with rice and vegetables.
Pasta Pomodori Penne pasta tossed with plum tomatoes, virgin olive oil, fresh basil and just the right touch of fresh herbs. Served with vegetables. Choice of chicken, shrimp or plain.
