Naples, Florida Premier Developer Services, a division of Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Inc. has finalized selection of a three-person on-site sales team to represent Gulf Coast Commercial Corporation’s Intermezzo project. The project includes approximately 11.5 acres located on the southeast quadrant of Goodlette-Frank Road and Central Avenue. The site is surrounded on three sides by the Gordon River and situated in the heart of downtown Naples. Premier Developer Services is providing Gulf Coast Commercial with consultation, marketing and on-site sales services.
At completion, Intermezzo is scheduled to have 146 dwelling units consisting of two six-story buildings and one seven-story building over parking. Groundbreaking is scheduled for third quarter 2006 with the first building and club facility scheduled for occupancy in fall 2007.

Schmitt graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia and began her career at Trans World Airlines where she worked in Sales & Marketing in New York City and San Francisco. While with TWA in San Francisco, she was named the Top Business Woman of the Year by the Business & Professional Women's Association of the Bay Area. Schmitt’s began her real estate career as an on-site Sales Associate with a ten-year master planned community in Nevada. She recently received the "ACES Circle of Excellence" award by the Master Sales Institute for real estate professionals. In searching for the perfect lifestyle and career, Schmitt visited over twenty communities in five states before choosing to live and work in Naples.
Linda H. Roberts, CIPS, CSP first obtained her Florida Real estate license in 1986 and has worked in development and general real estate sales in the Naples area since then. Roberts has been with Premier Properties for the past 7 years and has an extensive knowledge of custom home building and sales in the Naples area. Roberts earned the CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation and to better serve the needs of international buyers. Originally from the island of Jersey in Gt.
